His refusal came just a moment after the commission on presidential debates changed its plans. It's organisers said it will take place virtually because of the president's diagnosis of covid 19.
Report say, the event would go ahead next thursday with the two candidates participating from separate remote area and locations while the moderator remains in the main city But offortunately the president rejected the idea saying '' I AM NOT GOING TO DO ANY VIRTUAL DEBATE WITH BIDEN ''.
