James Nwafor, the former SARS officer accused of being responsible for the deaths of a number of young men who went into SARS Awkuzu detention centre in Anambra state and never came out alive, has been summoned by the Anambra State Judicial Panel of Inquiry on Police Brutality.
The Judicial Panel of Inquiry was set up in Various states in Nigeria in response to the demands of End SARS protesters.
Following testimonies from family members of SARS victims, James Nwafor has now been invited to appear before the Anambra State Judicial Panel on December 8.
