Popular Nigerian singer, Wizkid, has been applauded by fans and social media users after he showed respect to veteran singer, Tuface when they met at the just ended 14th edition of the Headies Awards.

A few moments after Wizkid arrived at the event, he stood up to pay homage to Tuface. In a video circulating on social media, the star boy was spotted bowing down to greet Tuface at the event.

Wizkid was also the man of the night as he emerged the winner for the Artiste of The Year category at the Awards night. The category was keenly contested as he battled it out with Burna Boy, Davido, and Tiwa Savage to go home with the bragging right.

The Headies 2020 is the 14th edition of The Headies, Nigerians music awards show held to honor outstanding achievements in the Nigerian music industry. The ceremony was held at the La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort in Ibeju- Lekki.
