15 years after graduating from the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, I returned to give back to my Alma Mata on the invitation of the Head of Department, Dr Kingsley Ngange and cream of dynamic lecturers.

Peace Journalism is solution oriented and a timely endeavour for journalists to use appropriate words and images that encourages initiatives that offer non violent responses to conflict with a special focus on tilting our stories around the vulnerable, minority and the suffering masses who bear the brunt of conflict daily and mostly go underreported
