Valentine’s Day is in the month of February and can easily hijack the minds of many but some Cameroonian music acts are making sure fans’ attention are also drawn towards good music.
Musicians are making sure their fans are not bored in the month of February as they have been releasing back to back with the collaborations getting fans and media even more excited and hopeful.
Salatiel, Tzy Panchak, Blanche Bailly, Dready Christ, Kameni and others have dropped projects which tell different stories.
Although some of the music released have nothing to do with the rave of the season – LOVE – others just put you in the mood for some good good loving!
Salatiel kicks off the month of February by bringing in Haitian star Rutshelle to spice things up in his steamy reggae blues track title, ‘Good Girl’. We bet our girl Rutshelle wasn’t “so good” after all.
While Kameni didn’t exactly go for a music collaboration in her song Tombe, she did, however, reunite with her former video love interest, model and fitness trainer, Makala Nganda for a hot sexy video (shot by Mr Adrenaline)
Tzy Panchak may have lend his voice and presence on Blanche Bailly'sJaloux’ project but that didn’t stop him from having a little gorgeous project of his own. Once again, he teams up with his friend, Cleo Grae on ‘Level No Dey’; a cool and feel good music collaboration.
Stanley Enow isn’t the one to back out of a popular trend. He also released the remix to his hit song, Tu Vas Lires L’heure and brought in the likes of Mihney, Boy Tag, Cleo Grae, Mic Monsta, Big Game, Sojip, Show Yoh, Major and Inna Money.
Although both songs seem misplaced in the month which celebrates Love, here’s no denying that they are actually really good pop tracks. We believe by April, everyone will be jamming to them both.
