Although not strange, it is usually disheartening for one’s cooking plans to get frustrated by frequent electricity failures, especially at a most decisive hour. But it is possible to break the electricity bounds with these brand new multitask Grinding Mills. Although they can be operated through electricity, they also have diesel engines, a double advantage that make them function during power cuts. One of the machines, two-in-one, can grind both dry and wet products, such as koki beans, large quantities of spices, bobo lo, and pap, for wet products and corn fufu for dry products. Another category of the machines is specialized in milling corn fufu and Shar, a popular, locally made corn drink. Meanwhile, another three-in-one smaller size machine grinds dry groundnuts and egusi, with a medium-size section for koki beans, pap, and bobo lo and the third side for corn fufu. These machines are manufactured in Bamenda but can be transported and installed anywhere in Cameroon. They are produced by Alberts First Class Engineering, who are specialized in manufacturing corn mills; spice mills; animal feed mixers; fish feed mills; organic charcoal mills; palm oil mills; pilling mills; Chichin smoother; Bobolo grinding mill and many other mills suitable for transforming local produce.
